It is to that end that we offer ayurvedic services, to help you return to your true nature. Kathy Eisenhart is the Director of Mountain Ayurveda. She has been following a yogic path since 1982. Several years ago her yoga studies led her to ayurveda. For her, ayurveda is an offering of herbal healing combined with yogic wisdom. She has received over 600 hours of training from the California College of Ayurveda in the Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Pancha Karma Specialist programs. She was the Class Valedictorian in the Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist program at the California College of Ayurveda. She also has a BS in Plant Science from Rutgers University. Mountain Ayurveda was opened in 2003. Mountain Ayurveda is located on a beautiful ridge top in between Boulder Creek and Big Basin Redwoods State Park. We are open on Saturdays.
